With the amount that we save by not eating Breakfast in the parks and only having a limited lunch, you can feel justified in a more relaxed dinner when the lines are longest and when you need a break. Also, the perk of getting into Disney with up to 3 other people 14 (!!!) times per year is amazing! Cons. I do wish that medical benefits, etc. were offered to p/t employees. Overall, a great place to work.
